Fernhollow Outdoors renewal

Owner: Chloe Brennan. Account: Fernhollow Outdoors. Call: Thursday.

Internal brief for Thursday's expansion call with Fernhollow Outdoors. Renew the current volume, and add the warehouse locations they named in March. The buyer does not get this link.

Who will be on the call

  • Their side: the ops director, who is still the champion, plus finance. Daniel confirmed the champion this week.
  • Our side: Chloe on the account, Daniel on what they asked for last quarter. Rebecca reads this brief and does not join the call. She should not hear a second version of it later.
  • Champion: assumed still the ops director. No risk line if that person has left.

Agenda

  • Confirm the March warehouse list is still the one they want on this contract. Read the warehouse list back and do not paraphrase it. If a site is missing, stop and ask before the renewal moves.
  • Walk the renewal of current volume before any talk of a new product. Warehouses come second.
  • Leave ten minutes for the open item from the last quarterly review. Do not fill that time with a demo.

Open items

Open items from the last QBR: none written down.SSO: they asked for it at the last QBR and it is still open.

  • Do not promise a date for SSO on this call. It is open, not scheduled, and the brief should not invent one.
  • Rebecca reads this brief before the call. She does not get a second version.

If the champion has left, the agenda needs a risk line.

The champion is still there. The open item is SSO.

How account briefs get reviewed today

A chat paste reaches the SE fast. It does not stay attached to the paragraph they corrected, and the next agent revision starts from the file, not the chat.

A CRM note is the right place after the call. Before the call, the draft is still moving, and the manager's comment in email is easy to miss.

Add what they said about SSO

Chloe Brennan asks her agent for a call brief before a renewal with Fernhollow Outdoors, a fictional retailer Halcyra Payments wants to expand. The agent writes accounts/fernhollow-renewal.md. Chloe runs gander watch and sends the link to Daniel Cho and Rebecca Stone.

Rebecca highlights the agenda and asks for a risk slide if the champion has left. Daniel replies that the champion is still there, and the open item is SSO. Human thread.

Daniel starts a new comment: "@agent add what they told us about SSO at the last QBR." Chloe's agent adds the requirement, replies, and resolves the thread. Rebecca sees it on the same link before the call. The brief stays internal. The buyer does not get this link.
