First drafts from the agent. Counsel and the business on one team link.

NDAs, policies, questionnaire answers, and the proposal terms. Team-only. Markdown only. Redlines stay in your existing tool.

The docs you produce now

Agents are already producing first drafts of NDAs, policy updates, and questionnaire answers. Counsel, the business owner, and finance still have to read them. That review belongs on a team-only link. It does not replace the redline tool, and it is not a client portal.

What you can review with Gander

A week with Gander

Ops runs gander watch on a mutual NDA draft and shares the team link with counsel and finance. Visibility and commenting are both limited to the team.

Finance leaves a human thread on the fee clause. Counsel uses agent connect: "@agent make the term three years and update every clause that references it." The author's agent edits the local file and replies. An outside reader cannot send that request unless the author turns agent connect on for anyone. When the draft is ready, redlines move to the tool you already use.

What you need

One person on your team runs an agent that writes markdown to a file on their machine (macOS, Linux, or Windows through WSL) and installs the Gander CLI. That person is the author. Everyone else opens the link in a browser. No install, no agent account.

Agents that fit

Grok BotClause and policy drafts start as prose. Connected MCP lets counsel's agent connect comment come back to that session.
Claude CodeWhen the draft lives in a private repo folder, MCP carries agent connect to the author.

Use the link for the internal first pass. Keep counterparty redlines in the tool you already trust.
