For marketing

Your agent drafts the plan. Everyone who signs off reviews the same link.

GTM plans, blog posts, messaging, launch packs. One live doc per draft, comments from the whole team, and changes from the agent that wrote it.

The docs you produce now

If you run marketing with an agent, it probably writes more of the first drafts than you do. The GTM plan, the positioning doc, the Tuesday post, the launch thread, the competitive notes. Writing got fast. Review didn't. Every one of those docs needs three or four people to look at it, and they all look in different places.

What you can review with Gander

A week with Gander

Monday morning your agent finishes a launch plan and runs gander watch plans/launch.md. You send the link to four people.

Your positioning lead reads it first and leaves two human threads. One is a question for you, one is a note for sales. Sales replies in the second thread with the objection they keep hearing. The founder opens the link between meetings, highlights the channel list, and uses agent connect: "@agent cut this to one channel for week one and move the rest to week three." That comment goes to your agent session, the one that wrote the plan and still has the brief. It rewrites the sequencing, replies in the thread with what moved, and the page updates for all four of you. You didn't paste anything anywhere.

Wednesday the launch-day blog draft goes up on its own link. Same people, different comments. Your editor fixes structure in human threads. Your positioning lead uses agent connect to swap one sentence for wording you can stand behind. By Thursday the plan and the post are both done, and they go where they were always going: the calendar and the CMS.

What you need

One person on your team runs an agent that writes markdown to a file on their machine (macOS, Linux, or Windows through WSL) and installs the Gander CLI. That person is the author. Everyone else opens the link in a browser. No install, no agent account.

Agents that fit

Grok BotGood for GTM plans, posts, and messaging. With the Gander MCP server connected it reads agent connect comments, edits the file, and replies in the thread.
Claude CodeIf your site or blog lives in a repo. Same skill and MCP setup.
Other agentsAny agent that loads a skill folder plus a stdio MCP entry. See use with your agent.

Marketing drafts don't need another copy in another tool. They need the people who sign off on one live file, and a direct line to the agent that wrote it.
